Please read these terms before using Family Budget.
Agreement: By using Family Budget, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the app.
These Terms constitute an agreement between you and Denis Svichkarev ("we", "us") regarding the Family Budget mobile application (the "Service").
License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Family Budget for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Modify, distribute, or create derivative works
- Reverse engineer or extract source code
- Use the app for commercial purposes without authorization
Subscriptions and Payments
Family Budget offers the following subscription options:
- Monthly: Auto-renewable subscription at $4.99/month
- Yearly: Auto-renewable subscription at $29.99/year
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
The free version includes limited accounts, family members, and snapshots. A Pro subscription unlocks unlimited usage of all features.
Your Data
All financial data you enter into Family Budget is stored on your device and, optionally, synced via your private iCloud account. We do not have access to your data. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code of Family Budget are the property of Denis Svichkarev and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your financial data remains your property.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Family Budget is a personal budgeting tool, not a financial advisor. We do not guarantee the accuracy of currency exchange rates or calculations. We do not provide financial, tax, or investment advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, including any financial decisions made based on information displayed in the app.
Termination
We may suspend access to the Service for conduct that violates these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect modifications.
